About Our Storage Units

Our storage facility is constructed like most homes, with wood frame, stucco and pitched shingle roof. The pitched roofs are less prone to leaks than flat roofs, which water is slow to run off. These are better materials to store your items, since they help absorb high humidity conditions. Staying cooler in summer and warmer in winter over metal constructed units. All units feature drive up access with a wide metal roll-up door.

About Our Facility

This facility is not only our business, but it is also our home! We live here, as such we shall take good care of your items and as owner operator we offer the best rental value in town. The grounds are well maintained by our landscapers. We never use blowers to clean the property to reduce the amount of dust in your unit. We love to garden around the property; if you take a short walk you'll find many flowers, statues, and decorations that give the property a homey feel. We hope you enjoy your stay!
